Although it might look precarious, two fencers going at each other with metal blades, fencing is actually one of the safest sports you can try. In fact, fencing is even safer than badminton, with some of the lowest rates of injury compared against other Olympic sports!

Everyone is welcome at our training sessions, even if you've never fenced before, haven't fenced for a few years, or are an epeeist or foilist.

Do I need my own fencing equipment?

No, we will provide all the fencing gear you need at our training sessions. All our equipment is stringently washed and cleaned after every lesson.

If you bring your own uniform we will provide a 50% discount

It is recommended to wear comfortable/active clothing and shoes with good grip.
